Responsibilities
- High volume AP invoicing
- 2-way and 3-way matching
- Match AP invoices to checks
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Purchase order experience
- Excel Savvy (vlookups and pivot tables required)
- Maintain accounts payable files and W-9 records
Qualifications:
- 3 years of solid AP knowledge and experience
- Professional vendor contact skills
- AP Index Matching and AP invoice Routing REQUIRED
- Intermediate Excel
