Location: Ontario, CA

Contract for 4-6 months

Pay: $35-43/hour, based on experience

Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable Manager oversees the company's receivables process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and revenue recording. This role involves managing the accounts receivable team, maintaining customer relationships, and collaborating with other departments to support financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Application: approve credit applications and credit limits for new vendors
• Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate and timely generation and distribution of customer invoices.
• Collections Management: Oversee the collection process to ensure timely receipt of payments, addressing any issues that arise. Reconciling payments
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts receivable balances, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the accounts receivable team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving billing issues professionally.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging summaries, and collection forecasts for senior management.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all accounts receivable activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
