Compensation: $60K-$70K DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our growing property management client's team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management, along with strong skills in accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Additionally, lead or management experience is essential for this role as you will be at the forefront of motivating employees and driving property success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and oversight of multiple properties.
- Handle accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting tasks.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards.
- Manage tenant relations and address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct property inspections and prepare reports.
- Support the Property Manager in various administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Must Have Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Strong accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
- Proven lead or management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel weekly to various properties, including a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in property management software (big plus if it is Appfolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
