This role is a fully remote position with a small female owned law firm in Northern Virginia. There is no billable requirement and attorneys typically bill between 1000-1300 hours per year. Compensation is depending on overall experience. Firm specializes in labor and employment law, business litigation, L&E defense, non-compete law, business break-ups, and collections.
About the Role - Candidate must be barred in Virginia with strong familiarity with the Va. court systems, especially Eastern District of VA. A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law is required.
