Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate client collateral and settlement records by comparing internal and external data.
- Perform in-depth research and moderately complex analyses, addressing special transactions and exceptions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to minimize risks and enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with Clearing, Funding, and Account Management teams to investigate exceptions.
- Communicate with brokers, clients, exchanges, CCPs, compliance, front office, technology, and other global operations personnel.
- Generate and analyze reports and metrics related to client collateral and settlement status.
- Promptly escalate potential risks and exposures to management.
- Support ad-hoc projects or new initiatives, coordinating with subject matter experts across various product areas and functions.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in supporting trade operations within the banking sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities.
- A desire to learn and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
