Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product/service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls and emails while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals and improve processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using email, phone systems, and basic office software.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
- This is a full-time, in-office position located in Tempe, AZ.
- Monday through Friday schedule, either 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
