Responsibilities:
- Manage and process billing for clients using Deltek Vantagepoint
- Review and ensure accuracy of invoices and billing documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date records of billing activities and payments
- Generate and analyze reports for management and clients
- Collaborate with accounting and project management teams to ensure billing alignment
- Provide support for audits, as needed
- Previous experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a must
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
