Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Manager for a permanent position in Morristown, New Jersey. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance a company's brand perception and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in the wellness, beauty or skincare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.)
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, promotional content, and product packaging
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth
- Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Conduct monthly budget reviews
- Manage the monthly retail calendar for site, email, organic social, and paid media
- Oversee monthly creative reviews for owned and paid channels
- Review influencer partner selections, content briefs, and content creation on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience within the beauty, wellness or similar industry
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Self-starter who can problem solve quickly and easily work independently
- Excellent communication & organization skills given complexity of internal and external business partners
- Experience with developing and overseeing high-frequency multi-channel campaigns
- Strong project management skills with the ability to move between strategic initiatives to day-to-day tactical execution tasks
- Strong creative vision with an eye on business objectives
- Background in brand management a plus, with new product launch experience
