Are you an experienced Business/Commercial Litigation Attorney looking for a new opportunity to grow your career? Our exceptional client is seeking a dynamic and independent attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business and commercial litigation to join their team. This role offers the chance to work closely with seasoned partners, handle your own files, and have the autonomy to build your own book of business (in time). Additionally, the right attorney will have the ability to work on business transactional matters if they are interested, providing a great opportunity to diversify your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and litigate business and commercial cases independently with oversight when needed.
- Appear in court and handle all aspects of litigation.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of attorneys and paralegals.
- Opportunity to grow within the firm. You can also come in as a Partner depending on experience.
- Work on business transactional matters, if desired.
Qualifications:
- JD with a minimum of 3 years of experience in business and commercial litigation.
- Admitted to practice in PA and NJ.
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to manage own caseload.
- Experience in transactional matters is a plus.
