Employment Type : Contract to 10 / 31 / 2025

Contract Rate : $59 / hr., could extend or go FTE

Workplace Type : Hybrid- 4 days in the office M-Th

What You'll Do :

• Lead requirement gathering and act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, document, and validate system requirements, enhancements, and updates.
• Lead requirements workshops and create user stories and business requirements documents (BRD).
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Partner with IT architects and developers on architecture, design, and developing logical and physical data models.
• Track traceability of detailed functional / technical specifications to ensure adequate requirements coverage.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and demos for stakeholders to review progress and solutions.
• Assist in the creation of strategic roadmaps and drive deliverables, including compelling business cases and ROI models.
• Communicate changes and enhancements to developers, sponsors, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in the testing process and provide UAT support to business stakeholders.
• Manage document repositories and maintain project documentation library.
• Collaborate with project managers to review progress and evaluate result accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct basic financial modeling, project scoping, estimation, and task planning.
