Our boutique client is looking for a seasoned Transactional Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of corporate, real estate and other business transactions, handle first and final drafts, and work directly with clients. If you are an independent go-getter with a passion for transactional law, we want to hear from you. Additionally, if you have an interest in business litigation you can support this team as well and diversify your practice a bit further. This firm is connected in the community to small and mid-size business and municipalities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute various types of deals and transactional work.
- Work directly with clients to draft and finalize documents.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and support staff.
- Opportunity to build your own book of business and grow within the firm.
Qualifications:
- JD with a minimum of 3 years of experience in transactional law.
- Admitted to practice in PA; NJ admission is a plus.
- Strong independent work ethic and ability to manage own caseload.
- Knowledge of various types of deals and transactional work.
