We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Case Management Business Technology (CMBT) Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the driving force behind operational work products for the Case Management Business Technology team. The ideal candidate will engage in gathering product requirements, facilitating discussions, synthesizing stakeholder input, and producing tangible work products that enhance organizational efficiency and align with strategic goals.
Pay rate : 50 dls per hour
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree (Required).
Experience :
3 years of experience in product or program management (Preferred) .
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, QlikSense / Qlikview, and Power BI.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with CMBT leaders to manage and execute complex, enterprise-scale operational initiatives.
Foster cooperation and collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical experts, and external partners.
Use communication skills and empathy to resolve tension or miscommunication, ensuring progress toward objectives.
Identify and manage risks related to project delays or completion.
Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, QlikSense / Qlikview, and Power BI to evaluate data, identify improvements, and align with company goals.
Develop and present product overviews, status reports, and high-level requirements while recommending solutions to achieve business objectives.
Assess the complexity of business or technical challenges to determine appropriate process design or improvement efforts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders and representing initiatives in governance forums.
Oversee or directly develop project charters, communication plans, change management plans, and measurement collection plans.
Ensure accurate process mapping, data collection, and analysis; report findings and propose improvement solutions to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Develop PowerPoint presentations in alignment with organizational templates and guidelines to support business initiatives.
Adhere to organizational “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”
