What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Litigation Attorney position at LHH?

About the Role :
The ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of experience in all phases of the litigation process including but not limited to; trial prep, strong courtroom experience, experience leading mediations, and can hit the ground running and manage / lead civil litigation cases. If you are a Civil Litigator experienced in managing cases and no stranger to the courtroom, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Candidate Requirements :
3 plus years of civil litigation experience
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
North Carolina Bar membership
