As a Collections Specialist, you will work directly with consumer to resolve outstanding account balances, provide exceptional service, and help consumer achieve financial stability. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy and negotiate favorable outcomes will be key to your success.
Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist and encourage customers throughout the collections process.
- Handle multiple communication channels (email, inbound calls, chat, and outbound calls) to collaborate with consumers and develop payment solutions for debt collection and account resolution.
- Achieve key performance metrics as set by management.
- Maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
