What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Contracts Attorney position at LHH?
I am currently working with a leading boutique legal practice, who are actively recruiting for an Associate to join their Commercial Contracts group.
Responsibilities
- Offer legal advice and counseling for employment matters including exempt and non-exempt classifications.
- Assist with employment separations, non-competes, and compliance, and other state and federal employment-related laws.
- Offer employment counseling, including providing risk assessment, addressing employee complaints and conflicts.
- Offer advice on commercial, and technology contracts for technology focused companies.
- This includes agreements for software licensing, SaaS, consulting and professional services, manufacturing and supply, research and development, intellectual property licensing, sales and distribution, and office leases.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience, gained with a large law firm setting.
- Excellent academics, including JD from a top tier law school.
- Licensed to practice in Colorado.
