LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated Compensation Analyst to join our client located in Brentwood, TN. This role is temporary with the potential for hire. The Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support for our compensation programs, including base pay and incentive pay. Responsibilities include participating in compensation surveys, evaluating jobs, determining pay grades, and presenting insightful job and compensation analysis reports. They will collaborate with leadership to ensure equitable pay adjustments and provide recommendations based on internal and external market analysis.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 ($31-$36 per hour)
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative compensation plans to attract and retain top talent.
- Examine market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Perform comprehensive job evaluations and classifications to ensure fair and equitable pay across all roles.
- Offer analytical support for compensation programs, including base and incentive pay.
- Work with leadership to ensure fair pay adjustments in line with current compensation practices.
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation and incentive program strategies.
- Oversee the annual compensation review process.
- Review, troubleshoot, and process compensation changes, including annual reviews and market adjustments.
- Ensure base salaries comply with state and federal laws and maintain internal equity.
- Educate leadership on compensation principles and philosophy.
- Conduct training sessions for new leaders as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst in the healthcare or related industry, with two to three years preferred.
- Experience with Workday highly preferred.
