LHH is working with a great firm in San Diego, CA. They are looking for coverage for 6-8 weeks starting this month. They are looking for a Conflicts and Business Intake Specialist.
Responsibilities :
Analyze and process all conflict requests to ensure that all firm engagements and hires are clear from a business and ethical perspective.
Prepare database search terms and create conflicts reports for related parties.
Request waivers for all matters requiring consent and confirm that all conflicts have been resolved.
Provide summaries to attorneys.
Experience :
1-3 years’ experience in a law firm.
Experience with SAP Concur or similar software is a plus.
Experience with conflict reports and preparing summaries.
Experience reviewing new memos for accuracy and completion.
Process client intake forms, new matter memos, engagement letters, waiver letters etc.
Role :
Start as soon as possible and will last 6-8 weeks.
Location : onsite daily in San Diego, CA.
Pay : $28 - $33 an hour.
