Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the accounting/finance department
- Monthly forecasting and cash flow
- Oversee preparation of financial statements for multiple entities
- Maintain internal controls
- Lead annual budgeting procedures
- Coordinate financial audits each year
- Maintain all leases and financial records
- Develop programs to increase revenue
Qualifications
- 3 years of hospitality/hotel or real estate experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
