LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting an employee owned, national construction corporation in their search for a Corporate Counsel (Commercial Contracts) for the company's growing regional headquarters in Columbus, OH
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of substantial experience within a law firm and / or in-house legal department including the support of commercial operations, construction relationships, supply chain agreements, project development, project operations, and commercial operations teams.
- Background in construction and utilities preferred
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong negotiation skills, superior problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills
- Strong track record of negotiating, reviewing, revising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, development agreements, supply agreements, and energy services agreements.
- Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission with good standing to practice law in Ohio
