What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Generalist Associate Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is assisting a Vault midsize firm in New York City on a corporate associate attorney search. The attorney will work on a broad array of matters including M&A, securities and corporate governance. Ideally you will have 3-5 years of experience, SEC compliance experience is preferred.
Compensation is competitive with NY market and their billable hour target is 1800.
