My Client, a top chambers ranked corporate boutique, is looking for an exceptional attorney to join their M&A Group in a pivotal role in Austin, Texas.
- Compensation: $450,000 ( DOE) Productivity Bonuses EOY Bonuses
- Experience: 7 YOE in Corporate M&A (with some of that experience gained through a leading AmLaw Firm!)
- Position Title: Senior M&A Associate Attorney OR Senior M&A Counsel OR Junior Partner (no BOB req'd)
- Billables: 1650 - 1800
- Benefits: HYBRID Work Environment (2-3 days/week in-office); Full Comprehensive Health Benefits (incl. 6% Employer Contribution to 401(k) and paid parking onsite)
