LHH is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a position located in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a Hybrid work arrangement (2 days remote, 3 days in-office). The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal.

- Maintain legal separation of entities
- Redline documents and take notes
- Perform legal research
- Review, track, and monitor legislation impacting products and processes
- Update leadership with summaries of new legislation and regulations
- Assist with contract changes to comply with legislation / regulations
- Renew and maintain company licensing
- Draft, file, and manage business entity documents for LLCs and partnerships
- Draft, review, and analyze legal contracts and correspondence under the direction of the General Counsel
- Work independently and assist with business operations and administrative responsibilities
Salary range : $70,000 to $110,000 (depending on experience)
