LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for Credit and Collections Specialist to join a global company in the transportation and logistics industry. We are seeking an experienced Credit and Collections Specialist to manage high-volume accounts receivable processes and collections. SAP experience is a plus and strong Excel skills are needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume AR credit and collections.
- Conduct credit analysis and determine the creditworthiness of customers using financial reports such as D&B.
- Handle collections activities, including contacting customers for overdue payments and negotiating payment plans
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Utilize strong Excel skills and SAP for financial analysis and reporting.
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding their accounts and payment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience with a large company handling high-volume AR processes and collections.
- Preferred experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
$60,000 - $65,000
