- Payment Processing: Handle and reconcile a high volume of customer payments efficiently.
- Customer Support: Provide first-tier support by monitoring and responding to requests via phone and email.
- Collections: Perform past due account collection services, contacting customers to ensure payment terms are met and overdue invoices are collected.
- Documentation: Document collection actions and complete necessary paperwork. Resolve complaints and disputes causing payment delays by communicating with other departments.
- Credit Research: Conduct credit research on new customers and establish credit limits according to company guidelines. Approve credit for existing customers within company guidelines.
- Accounts Receivable: Ensure timely and efficient collection of the company’s accounts receivables.
- Digital Solutions: Assist external customers with setup and access to our digital solutions.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers to improve payment practices.
- Credit Management: Deliver timely, value-added information to Credit Management.
- Lien and Bond Rights: Collaborate with Credit Management to reconcile and collect data to maintain Lien and Bond rights.
- Order Approval: Approve new orders on customer accounts.
- Dispute Resolution: Provide excellent customer service through effective dispute resolution.
- Credit Hold: Review orders on credit hold.
