Customer Service Representative – 100% On-Site
Location: Saddle Brook, New Jersey
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: [Temp-to-Perm]
Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour
LHH is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling high-volume communication via phone and email, and will possess strong multitasking and order entry skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers, field representatives, and distributors
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Process and enter orders with precision; update customer records accordingly
- Follow up on delivery timelines and proactively communicate with customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift priorities quickly
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with order entry systems and general computer use
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus*
