What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cyber Incident Response Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is working with a leading defense firm to hire a Senior Attorney for their Cyber Incident Response team in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Triaging incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
- Direct client communication and analysis of privacy laws
- Oversight of forensics investigations and 3rd party vendors
- Handling breach notification efforts and communication
- Responding to regulatory investigations
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in this field
- Strong understanding of privacy laws including and not limited to HOPPA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA, GDPR, etc.
- Litigation experience is a plus
- IT background is a plus

- Salary scale $155,000 - $185,000
