A highly reputable firm based in NYC is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. The company offers excellent benefits, including medical, dental, 401(k) match, and great work-life balance. They operate four days in the office but maintain a relatively stress-free environment. The position reports directly to the owner, and the incumbent will have the opportunity to interact with representatives of some of the wealthiest families. The position includes the following responsibilities:
- Performing bank reconciliations and providing cash flow reports to the CPA firm
- Recording cash receipts and performing invoicing
- Managing the full cycle of accounts payable
- Providing support schedules and documentation to the outside CPA firm
