Director of Case Management - Inglewood, CA
LHH is actively seeking a Director of Case Management for a direct hire position in Inglewood, CA. This role is pivotal in developing staff and systems to operate a comprehensive Case Management Program effectively. The Director will provide leadership and supervision to case managers, social workers, case management coordinators/discharge planners, utilization review coordinators, and utilization technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Supervision: Guide and support case managers, social workers, and other case management staff. Manage 50-60 shared direct reports across all shifts.
- Program Development: Assess needs, plan, communicate, and design services aligned with the hospital mission and patient/family needs.
- Quality Improvement: Integrate and coordinate services using continuous quality improvement tools.
- Budget Management: Oversee the department budget
Required Qualifications:
- RN License in good standing with the state of California
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker: Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience from an accredited school of Social Work.
- Case Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Case Management position.
- Acute Care & Trauma Experience: Experience in an acute care setting and level I trauma.
- Current BCLS Certificate.
- Knowledge of Milliman Criteria and InterQual Criteria.
Compensation & Hours:
- Salary: $150-$162K based on experience.
- Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend coverage as needed.
Salary : $150,000 - $162,000
