Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business Administration) is REQUIRED
- 5-7 years of recent experience in a senior payroll leadership position - managing up to 17 direct reports including supervisors, managers, etc
- Global management experience is also preferred
- Strong technical skills will include advanced Excel proficiency and ADP (WFN) is preferred
- Understanding of state, federal, local tax regulations
- Process improvement
- Resolution of escalated payroll concerns
- Effective written and verbal communication
