What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ecommerce Product Manager position at LHH?

We are partnering with our Portland, OR retail and apparel client to recruit an eCommerce Product Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract basis, either fully remotely or in a very flexible hybrid model . In this role, you will be jumping in to cover a leave on a scrappy and high-performing eCommerce and product team, focused on driving processes that innovate and streamline existing and new product launches for the company's digital shopping experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams like design, digital marketing and content to develop and launch new features, and optimize existing experiences. To be a fit, you should bring 3 years of eCommerce product management experience to the table. There is a strong preference for B2C expertise and relevant industry experience, so you'll be a top candidate if you bring experience in retail, apparel, accessories or similar eCommerce businesses. Proficiency in JIRA and Google Analytics is required. Excellent cross-functional communication skills and process management experience is a must. This is an Agile environment, so experience in that world is highly preferred.
Our client is a household name in the retail and apparel space, and has an exciting product roadmap built out for 2025! You will get to join the team for 6 months, playing a key role in rolling out new products and eCommerce experiences. This is a Portland, OR organization with deep PNW roots, but is open to a fully remote hire for candidates based in PST or close to it. Pay for this role ranges from $38 to $42 an hour based on relevant experience. You will :
- Manage the launch of new and updated features for the company's D2C eCommerce function
- Serve as a partner and conduit for cross-functional teams involved in eCommerce projects, including design, digital marketing, content management, IT and similar, ensuring cohesion, clarity and timeline management
- Create and manage product backlogs, write user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and similar
- Analyze site and product performance in Google Analytics
