LHH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced Embedded Firmware Developer to join their team in San Jose!
This candidate will join a team focused on HDD performance and ideally have a strong background in disk drives, C / C , and simulation, particularly in caching and controller firmware.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement embedded firmware and algorithms to enhance performance, including caching and controller firmware.
- Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques, including model simulation, to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and evaluate problems encountered during firmware development and testing.
- Prepare design documents and conduct thorough design and code reviews.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with remote development teams in India and Japan.
