LHH is actively seeking a Environmental, Health, Safety Specialist for a manufacturing company in the Elk Grove Village area. This is a great opportunity with a fast growing, international company. This is an onsite opportunity.
The primary responsibilities for this role include
- Promoting a safety first culture
- Ensure complaince with OSHA and EPA regulations and standards
- Lean accident and incident investigation
- Identify, create and implement new programs, policies and standards
- Create and deliver training programs
- Maintain departmental database and required reporting
- Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure a safe work environment
- Additional duties as needed
