Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and support strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, skilled in data interpretation, and can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting, working with departments to create accurate projections.
- Analyze financial performance, providing insights and variance analysis for leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business initiatives and strategy.
- Collaborate across functions to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, streamline processes, and automate workflows.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support new projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 2 years of financial analysis experience with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to present insights to executives.
