What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position at LHH?
FPA Manager needed for large scale company located in Ontario, CA. Will pay up to 140k plus bonus with strong benefits package. Highly visible role. Must be detailed oriented, strong with analytical tools and systems and be collaborative.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and reviewing variances.
- Analyze trends and market analysis.
- Maintain and provide insight on KPIs and dashboards.
- Develop financial models and maintain reporting for Executive Team.
- Responsible for data mining and building models.
- Provide and present insights, findings and provide recommendations to management team regarding the financials of the company.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree. MBA a plus.
- CPA or CMA a plus.
- Min of 5-7 years of analytical experience.
- R/E or construction industry experience needed.
- Adv Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau needed.
