Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and light clerical tasks.
- Provide backup support for answering a 10-line phone system.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:
