Human Resource Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Human Resource Manager for a client in West Chester. This position is temporary for now but may have the chance to hire permanently if it is a good fit. Ideal candidates will have Paycor experience along with strong full cycle Human Resource experience. This position is 100% onsite and will pay between $30 and $37/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee issues and conflicts, providing resolutions in a timely and effective manner.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employees understand their job responsibilities and receive regular feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Training and Development: Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Develop and maintain a compensation strategy based on market research and pay surveys.
- HR Policies: Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Strategic HR Planning: Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
- Employee Retention: Design and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Paycor- Payroll experience is a MUST have
