Job Title: HR & Operations Administrator
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (On-Site)
Salary: $57,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Administrator to support our client’s various human resources and IT functions. This role is responsible for overseeing HR operations, company communications, IT coordination, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & HR Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate monthly company meetings.
- Manage company-wide correspondence regarding holidays, events, and announcements.
- Assist in planning company conferences and events.
- Track and manage vacation/PTO records.
- Conduct initial interviews for new and replacement candidates.
- Oversee onboarding for new employees and independent contractors, including orientation sessions.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with the CFO to resolve internal employee matters.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook.
- Develop employee incentives and promotional programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.
IT Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor relationships with MSP, ensuring invoice accuracy and handling equipment upgrade requests.
- Maintain an inventory of users and company devices.
- Develop cybersecurity awareness training for employees, including spam recognition.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for non-managed IT users.
- Prepare and monitor the IT budget, reconciling monthly purchases against the approved budget.
- Research and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations.
- Strong proficiency in Office 365.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR administration, operations, or IT coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to work on-site 100% of the time.
