LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for an Human Resources Business Partner for a company located in the Seattle, WA. This person will provide day to day HR services in employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, operations and compliance. This person must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. This role is hybrid and will require onsite work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor and provide human resources guidelines, and aligns human resources solutions to support company
- Partner with leadership to communicate and implement policies, procedures, standards and ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations
- Identify training and individual coaching needs in designated business units
- Develop, implement and manage a variety of strategic HR programs
- Partner with business leadership to develop and implement talent management activities to grow and retain critical talent
- Maintain an accurate HRIS program and participate in the implementation of new system developments
Qualifications needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- 5 plus years' of progressive Human Resources experience
- Ability to influence and drive organizational planning and execution project management
- Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines
- Comfortable working in a dynamic work environment with changing priorities
This opportunity offers a salary of $90k-$110k plus bonus and full benefits to include medical, dental, vision, PTO and 401k match.
