What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Business Partner position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Human Resources Business Partner for a global transportation company located in the Seattle, WA. This person will provide day to day HR services in employee relations, leave administration, talent acquisition, training and development and operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Provide human resources guidelines, and aligns human resources solutions to support company
- Partner with business leadership to develop and implement talent management activities to grow and retain critical talent
- Manage a variety of leave of absence (LOA) programs
- Facilitate training related to performance management, harassment prevention, EEO/AAP, leave administration, corrective action and termination.
- Partner with leadership to communicate and implement policies, procedures, standards and ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations
- Advise management on employee relations issues
- Maintain an accurate HRIS program
Qualifications needed:
- 5 plus years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Experience working in a blue-collar environment
- Ability to interface with cross-functional disciplines
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems; ADP a plus
- Union experience a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
