LHH has partnered with a company in the Lake Stevens area in search of an HRBP to join their amazing team. This person needs to be ready to hit the ground running, being a trusted partner to the leaders and employees in the company, someone enthusiastic about what they bring to a company from an HR perspective.
What you will do :
- Manage all functions of HR including employee relations, employee engagement, performance management, policies / procedures, compliance, benefits and compensation.
- Process payroll for the entire facility.
- Be a trusted partner to the leaders in the company, coaching them on HR related matters.
- Partner closely with EHS.
- Training and development.
- Manage the HRIS system.
