As an HRBP, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor and partner to business leaders, helping align people initiatives with business goals. You’ll play a key role in talent planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and employee relations. You’ll also be a trusted coach to managers and employees, fostering a positive work environment where everyone can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and recruiting teams.
- Lead performance management and development planning processes.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives and foster an inclusive and collaborative culture.
- Lead onboarding efforts and ensure an outstanding new hire experience.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
- 5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
