Requirements:
- Providing legal advisement and support on a broad array of issues
- 1 years of corporate experience at a reputable law firm or in house
- A solid understanding of corporate business law and labor & employment matters
- The ability to resolve problems quickly and objectively using sound business judgment
- Proven ability to work in a team oriented, flexible environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- JD from top law school
- Membership in state bar association
- Strong ties to the Tampa Bay area, Tampa local preferred
