As a liaison between business leadership, IT development teams, and stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and shaping the future of our technology solutions. This is Hybrid, 2 days being on-site within the Hamilton County, Ohio. Must be sitting near location, not able to support relocation at this time. (Expected hours on-site 6 am - 3pm)

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Champion transformation through systems improvement, gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to create clear user stories, use cases, and project deliverables.
- Project Management: Lead and support IT projects from inception to completion, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Facilitation & Communication: Lead focus groups with C-suite and key stakeholders to define goals, identify change opportunities, and establish the desired future state.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain business and functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and architectural diagrams. Present findings and recommendations to executive teams and business units.
- Continuous Improvement: Work within the PMO and broader business to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in IT business analysis, including requirements gathering, facilitation, and implementation.
- 4 years of experience in project management, with proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- 4 years' experience with ERP systems (Fishbowl is a plus!).
- Strong expertise in business and functional requirements, process flow diagrams, use case stories, and requirements traceability matrices.
- Demonstrated success in leading IT projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence, is a plus.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
- Expected Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000
