Position Summary
Assist in the operations and activities of the IT department to support company needs and initiatives. Conduct IT services for company requirements including the establishment and maintenance of employee IT needs.
Responsibilities
-Installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems and other technologies, such as communication systems, including configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers, switches and scanners, repairing equipment, configuring phones and providing daily support for computer network users.
-Managing backups
-Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops, laptops and servers
-Completing internal user moves including telephones
-Resolve IT issues and answer inquiries as they arise
-Initiate IT security and hardware for new employees and remove former employees
Qualifications
-3 years of experience with Adobe Acrobat DC, Microsoft Office 2013, 2016, 2019, and 365, Windows XP, 7, 8 and 10, Server 2008, 2012 and 2016 in a domain environment
-Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
-Working knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Able to explain technical issues to nontechnical staff
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
