LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an insurance company near the Biltmore area in Phoenix. This company is in search of a customer service representative to join their Claims team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
As an Insurance Claims CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, assisting with claims inquiries, and ensuring a smooth claims process from start to finish.

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year

As an Insurance Claims CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, assisting with claims inquiries, and ensuring a smooth claims process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding insurance claims.
- Provide support to policyholders throughout the entire claims process, from initial reporting to resolution.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and other departments to ensure efficient claim resolution.
- Educate policyholders on their coverage, claim status, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and customer interactions in the system.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional insurance-related certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in insurance or claims is required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage sensitive and complex situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
