Responsibilities :
- Lead supply chain and logistics teams, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate with engineering, international supply chain, and business development to maintain supply continuity and minimize disruptions.
- Supervise inventory processes and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Update inventory control procedures and implement new SOPs.
- Coordinate customer meetings and distribute pricing updates.
- Perform annual team member reviews and provide feedback to HR.
