We are recruiting for an Investment Banking Analyst for a Richmond, VA based boutique investment firm. The role can be located in Richmond or in Baltimore.

Duties:
- Financial modeling
- Research and analysis to provide decision support
- Work as a member of the "Deal" team, providing assistance where necessary
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting. Advanced degree preferred
- CFA or CPA a plus
- Strong modeling skills or experience with financial statement modeling preferred
- Advanced level experience in Excel required
- Prior Investment related experience, Big 4 public accounting background, or technical accounting and analysis background preferred
