Junior Accountant
LHH is assisting with a search for a Junior Accountant for a Client in Olathe, KS. This is a direct hire position working on-site to start with pay starting at $50k annually for a new graduate and going up based on experience. Our ideal candidate will have their accounting or finance degree with leadership experience in college, an internship or public accounting experience would be a big plus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly interaction with and learn from leaders throughout the company
- Engage in specialized training and development opportunities
- Partner with cross-functional business leaders to assist on strategic projects
- Identify areas to improve and streamline financial processes
- All other duties assigned by management including supporting various accounting and finance teams
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong aptitude in analytics, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and motivation to succeed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and quick-witted with data management software
- Willingness to relocate and an eagerness to develop leadership competencies at other U.S. locations
