What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Capital Markets Associate position at LHH?
LHH is assisting a reputable Vault/AmLaw firm on its search for a junior corporate associate with a capital markets background. Ideally you will have 2-3 years of experience in IPOs, PIPES, Exchange Act filings and securities compliance.
Compensation is lockstep and very competitive with market. The hour target is 1900 for a bonus, which includes pro bono. The firm fosters a friendly environment.
