Position Title : Leasing Agent
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Location : Santa Cruz, CA
Job Duties :
The Leasing Agent will report to Property Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the leasing team and ensure smooth operations at the leasing office.
Key duties include :
- Answering phones in a courteous and pleasant manner to provide excellent customer service.
- Greeting applicants, residents, and vendors as they arrive at the office.
- Supporting the leasing team with marketing efforts, including mailing marketing materials and tracking marketing activities.
- Meeting with prospective tenants to provide tours of the available units and answer any questions they may have.
- Accepting rental applications and ensuring they are filled out completely and legibly.
- Assisting in entering pre-applications into the waitlist software system.
- Meeting with prospective residents to complete their initial intake process.
- Processing paperwork to determine income eligibility for prospective residents.
- Preparing files for review to ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
