RESPONSIBILITES:
- Expert ability to manage administrative legal tasks with high confidentiality
- Creation, editing, and proof reading of legal documents
- Organization and upkeep of document managing system
- Scheduling meetings and logistics
- Coordination of services with stakeholders
- Upkeep and tracking of stakeholder daily billing and preparing monthly client bills
- Coordinating and verifying all domestic and international travel requests
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years litigation
- E-Filing in WA & Federal courts
- Calendaring, scheduling, and coordination of multiple attorneys and client contacts lists
- Ability to handle working with multiple attorneys at one time
- Ability to handle billing entries for stakeholders and client monthly bills
- Experience preparing check requests and expense reports
- Knowledge of Windows 365, Elite 3E, iManage, Acrobat Adobe, Concur and Intapp preferred.
ROLE DETAILS:
- Direct Hire
- First 90 days in office, hybrid 2 remote days per week after
- PTO: 20 paid days off, 12 paid holidays, Parental leave
